Q. Do I need an account to purchase items from this store?
A. No, you do not need an account, however you may want one. With an account you can check on your order status, view past orders, save items in your cart to purchase later, and other benefits. However, if you do not want to create an account you can checkout directly via PayPal, Amazon, or Google.
Q. Do I need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card through PayPal?
A. No, you do not need a PayPal account. You can enter your credit card information directly into the PayPal form and pay directly, without needing an account.
Q. I tried to checkout with PayPal and I got an error "400 Bad Request" that said "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit" then a bunch of numbers and letters. What happened and how can I complete my checkout?
A. That is an error that sometimes occurs with PayPal's website. It is not an issue with the Opal Essence All Natural website. You can fix the problem by clearing your browser's cache and trying again. Q. I have a coupon code but don't see where I'm supposed to enter it. How do I get my discount?
A. The entry form for the coupon code is not on the first page of the checkout. Which page it is on depends on which checkout method you use. Just keep progressing throught your chosen checkout method's steps and eventually you will find the box to enter your coupon code.
Q. I bought a Gift Certificate but don't see it anywhere--how do I access it and how do I send it to someone?
A. When you purchase a Gift Certificate, it needs to be authorized manually. This is usually done in less than 24 hours. Once your Gift Certificat has been released, the amount goes into your Gift Certificate Balance which you can access via the "My Account" link at the top of the page (you have to be logged in). From there you can email as many gift certificates as you want in amounts you choose until your Gift Certificate Balance reaches zero. For more information, read our Gift Certificate FAQ.
Q. I want to change my order that I already placed. How can I do that?
A. As long as the order hasn't shipped, you can contact us about changing it. This may require an adjustment to your purchase price requiring either you to pay more money or us to refund you some money. You can use the Contact Us page to email us or call us on the phone to change your order. Note, however, that most orders ship the next business day, and once we've shipped the order, it can no longer be changed.
Q. What if I want to return all or part of my order?
A. We only process returns/exchanges in cases where we've sent the wrong item or when the order is cancelled within 48 hours, however there are special rules regarding these returns, so please read our Shipping & Returns page for more complete information.
