Opal Essence All Natural collects customer information for the purpose of payment and shipment of products ordered, and to occasionally send out discount coupons*. We will never sell your information or allow a third party access to it. If you signed up for our newsletter, you will receive periodic updates about new products, specials, coupons, etc., but you can unsubscribe at any time if you wish to stop receiving these emails.
Note that your credit card information is never entered into our site or captured by our site, and so it is never stored in our database. All credit card payments go through either PayPal, Amazon, or Google and not through us. The only identifying information that we keep about you is your name and address, email and telephone, and birthday (for age verification). This information is secure and is never shared.
*You may opt out of receiving coupons via email. These are sent infrequently, but if you wish to stop receiving them simply follow the unsubscribe information in the email and your email will be removed.
